General Processing Requirements
Regardless of the substrate, always follow these preparatory steps:
- Substrate Pre-Pressing: Pre-press cotton garments for 5 seconds to eliminate moisture and wrinkles. Ensure all hard surfaces are clean and dry.
- Do not pre-press polyester as polyester garments do not contain as much moisture and pre-pressing polyester may lead to Dye Migration, also known as “bleeding”.
- Always conduct a small test press on your specific garment, product or substrate to confirm optimal settings before proceeding with a full production run, ensuring maximum adhesion and product quality.
